  • Overview

    We are looking for an organisational dynamo to join our New Business team to support in the management and co-ordination of all aspects in the running of the department.


    Each day is different, and so the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, with a strong focus on attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will report into the Senior New Business Manager, supporting at all stages of the pitch process, the implementation of the prospecting plan and general logistics. 



    • Management of complex and constantly evolving diaries to schedule meetings around pitch logistics; arranging meetings, travel, lunches with prospective clients/consultants/industry contacts etc.
    • Supporting with basic/general “RFI” and case study requirements
    • Keeping key case study library up to date in terms of format, and regularly feed updated/new materials into the global resource library
    • Keeping our UK prospecting strategy up to date with company information and relevant industry trend reports.
    • Owning and updating weekly reports
    • Carrying out desk research
    • Keeping key contacts up to date
    • Working with the marketing manager and senior new business manager to ensure all external platforms showcasing a Digitas profile are as up to date as possible
    • Assisting with pre-pitch, pitch and post-pitch tasks e.g. liaising with commercial team on getting NDA’s approved, completed and signed, building pitch war rooms, sourcing and purchasing pitch props and presentation materials

    Skills & Experience

    • A minimum of one previous work experience in an office environment
    • Confident using Microsoft office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
    • Self-starter and self-learner
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Advantageous but not essential: a proven interest and understanding of digital communications
