    Publicis Media is looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to join the UK hiring practice. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to support the hiring for our brands Digitas, Spark Foundry, Starcom, Zenith, Performics and our practices Data Sciences, PMX, Precision, and the Publicis Spine.

     

    The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a great opportunity for someone looking for that second step in their recruiting career. We are open to applications from both client-side and recruitment agency background.

     

    Ideally you’ll have some knowledge of recruiting for the some of the below domains, (the rest will help you develop):

    • Data / Analytics / Technology
    • Client Services / Project Management / Planning
    • Creative – UX / Visual Design

     

     ​​​What will you be doing?

    Scouting, sourcing, and selling for the brands and practices you’re recruiting for

    Supporting the hiring managers in the departments you are partnered with

    Developing the skills to become a deep subject matter expert

    Acting as an agency ambassador

    Understanding what is best in class-candidates for your discipline, and seek out these candidates

    Learning and using innovative and current outreach techniques

    Attending events and meetups to grow your knowledge and your network

    Metrics matter, so we’ll help you develop a modern data-driven approach to hiring, ensuring you deliver quality information for reporting purposes

     

    Who are we looking for?

    Recruitment experience, ideally from one of the following areas professional services, digital agency, technology, advertising, or marketing

    Collaboration, someone who loves working in a team, learning from those around you and happy to contribute ideas in busy, blended and bustling team

    Eagerness to show what you can do when let loose on an open role

    An ability to develop stakeholder management skills in a global business

    Enthusiastic, driven, flexible

    A strong solutions focus and comfortable working in an environment which demands delivery

    Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication (written and verbal) skills
