The Creative department is at the heart of the agency. We're a cocktail of designers, makers, writers and doers who can add design sparkle to a new product or completely redefine a user experience. We live for producing beautiful, data-driven websites, apps and campaigns that are (almost) magic.
Working on one of the world's most recognisable FMCG brands, we need a senior Creative Team to concept and execute award-winning campaign ideas across all formats.
You will be responsible for all visual craft stretching from the visualisation of big participative creative ideas from scratch to actually executing and delivering these for all the Kellogg's brands. You will work with our strategists on every brief from start to finish turning insight and data-driven strategy into participatory brand campaigns across digital and social.
" As the creative team on the account you will of course lead from the front with award-winning level of conceptual thinking and craft in art direction and writing.
" You should be comfortable taking briefs from client problem to creative solution and hands-on execution
" You'll visualise your thinking clearly with scamps, script writing, visual designing and testing
" You will work closely with the ECD and CD across all the many brands on the account.
" You'll have an opportunity to work on big integrated ideas that cover everything from TV to influencer strategy and everything in-between. You will be required to activate your ideas at a tactical level too.
" You really love social content and campaigns and you will have your figure on the pulse of everything digital as well as social technologies and platforms.
Skills & Experience
" You should ideally have 4+ years at a top creative agency
" A portfolio showing a range of high quality, cutting edge creative work across digital and social media
" Love for social and digital including knowledge of emerging technology and trends
" Great at presenting your ideas and collaborating with others
" Dedication to projects and owning briefs
" Experience in photography
" Experience with animation
" Ability to prototype and make your own content
" FMCG brand experience
" Working with offshore teams and markets
" Television campaign experience
