  • Overview

    As Talent Acquisition Executive, you’ll be a key member of a vital in-house talent acquisition function, primarily responsible for identifying, sourcing and attracting top talent for vacancies across Publicis Media UK (Starcom, Spark, Zenith, Digitas & Blue 449).
     
    Reporting to a Talent Acquisaition Manager, this role will also work closely with the wider Talent team to ensure current and future staffing needs are met. It will play an instrumental role in supporting the company’s hiring strategy and will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple disciplines and internal stakeholders.

    This role will be focused around hiring across our Media Planning, Media Buying/Trading and Media Strategy teams for Starcom, Spark and Zenith. You’ll be involved in driving candidate attraction to a range of recruitment campaigns across departments and disciplines.

    Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

    • Candidate attraction to ensure the sourcing of the highest quality talent across the business
    • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager needs in a fast-paced, growth environment
    • Act as a market expert with internal stakeholders, effectively engaging and influencing them in the end to end recruitment lifecycle as well as driving adherence and support for the regional talent acquisition strategies
    • Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience whilst competing for top media talent
    • Support the Talent team in building a robust social media strategy to drive and engage current and future talent
    • Work the recruitment process from end-to-end, playing an active role in sourcing, selection and arranging interviews
    • Source candidates for immediate vacancies and our talent pools, using a variety of direct sourcing methods including; LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media engagement, Networking and Employee Referrals
    • Cultivate strong, positive relationships with top talent, proactively identifying and engaging with individuals and groups that complement the business strategy and Employer Brand
    • Assessing and selecting the best possible talent using assessment and selection techniques to ensure we consistently make the very best hiring decisions
    • Supporting the talent team with general administrative tasks

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a recruitment position (agency or in-house)
    • Experience recruiting within a Media, Digital or IT market prefered
    • Strong direct resourcing skills and candidate centric recruitment
    • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to recruit and attract top talent
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative
    • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritise in a constantly changing environment
    • Excellent communication skills, the ability to build genuine relationships and to network with people at all levels
    • Digitally savvy and a creative mind to explore new avenues whereby to source talents and attract profiles
    • Team spirit, commitment and a strong work ethic
    • You will be confident with communicating with senior internal stakeholders
    • Outstanding organisational skills
    • The ability to work under pressure
    • Tact, diplomacy and the ability to deal with difficult situations
    • Knowledge of appropriate recruitment legislation
