We are now seeking a Recruiter to join our Hiring team. As Recruiter you will be running the end-to-end recruitment process for all of our vacancies in the Nordics Region for DLBi/SR_  (Locations: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Copenhagen). You will be embedded in a local HR team and will report to our HR Director. You will work closely with a group of international Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators.

 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Confer with senior leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments. Source top-level talent using both traditional and creative recruiting methods.
  • Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help identify qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate and assist hiring managers to create/improve position descriptions that accurately reflect job duties and business requirements.
  • Maintain proper procedures with in-house Recruitment System to track and record all candidates and requisitions.
  • Create employment contract and offer positions to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of compensation policy.
  • Visits all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.

Must have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, salary trends and relationship management.
  • Must be able demonstrate leadership qualities in a fast paced, international environment while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
  • Fluency in English a must, Swedish or Danish a nice to have.
