  • Overview

    As a Senior Account Manager at DigitasLBi, your key role will include being one of the primary supports for our client, principally running the social and digital day-to-day business across Singapore and APAC. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the entire account, from assisting the Account Director and clients in putting together the marketing strategy and budgets, through working with internal teams (strategy, creative, UX, technology and production) to ensure on time, on brief, on quality final delivery of projects. The role requires the candidate to be organized, collaborative and have a confident and persuasive approach to facilitate effective client and internal team leadership.


    What you’ll do:


    Management of relationship with key financial client (40%)


    • Liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis, being an ambassador to their brand as well as to DigitasLBi, understanding the key products and services for both organizations
    • Lead meetings/status sessions with clients
    • Help clients prioritize projects
    • Advise on social media best practices
    • Complete and deliver mid-level projects and campaigns to a specific schedule within an agreed budget as per agreed brief

    Lead internal team to provide client service excellence (60%)

    • Lead and coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, UX, technology and project management) to deliver end-to-end projects and campaigns on time, budget and quality
    • Work with creative and social operations lead to plan campaigns and always-on content
    • Help to build strategic operational plans, and balance the expectations of clients with execution of creative work
    • Help to motivate and keep teams focused on brand ambition and project/campaign deliverables
    • Manage process and tools between agency and clients

    Knowledge you’ll need:

    • 4-6 years of interactive marketing/digital account management experience
    • A passion for digital and marketing communications innovations and creativity, which you share with clients and the internal team for motivation
    • Excellent client management skills – Understanding clients’ day-to-day needs (briefs) and confirming the direction of the team to fulfil these briefs in an accurate and timely manner
    • Excellent presentation/oral and negotiation skills: know how to sell a mid-level idea into clients, pushing back when necessary for the overall good of project delivery
    • Excellence at understanding timing and budget limitations, keeping everyone on track and informed
    • Serve as a liaison between Production, Creative, Strategic and Development agency divisions
    • Full awareness of creative processes – including digital platforms
    • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
    • This role reports into the Account Director
