    The Social Media Department is responsible for bringing big campaign ideas to life across the digital sphere – Facebook, Instagram, and even Snapchat – you name it, at every waking chance. The perfect person for this would be someone who is a huge entertainment junkie, and a social media guru. From salt bae to the mannequin challenge, you’re always the first person in the group to hear of, and attempt internet trends and that keeps you going. You pride yourself as a fast worker, but you never miss a detail. At the same time, you have an analytic approach to things and despite the fast pace of social, you never hesitate to stop and question anomalies.


    As a Junior Community Manager, you will be part of the social team that currently works on our client's South East Asia accounts for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.


    You will report directly to the Senior Social Media Managers and handle day-to-day operations and editorial process of content calendars, community management and reporting.


    What you’ll do:


    • Ownership and community management of social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
    • Implementing community strategies, managing community conversations and fostering community spirit
    • Key support on Master brand regional content calendars roll-out and creative briefings
    • Working collaboratively with creative in content ideation and localizations
    • Writing task briefs for the creative team, leading daily briefs and ensuring assets are delivered on time
    • Supporting in content performance analysis and sentiment gathering

    Knowledge you’ll need:


    • 1 year experience working in a digital/social agency or social media management. Fresh graduates welcomed!
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to be a multi-tasker and coordinator
    • A proactive approach to things and a can-do spirit
    • Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills
    • A close eye to detail
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
    • Nice to have? Strong experience and/or understanding of the Philippines market
    • Experience in writing and social media analytics is a plus
