As we are currently developing our team in the Nordics, we are looking for a leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Together with the local management of DigitasLBi/SR_ and closely interacting with colleagues in other European and international SapientRazorfish/DLBi offices, you will help drive the growth of our organization, including meeting commercial objectives and supporting hiring activates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop DigitasLBi/SR_ operations in the Nordics, leveraging our existing networks
  • Work with leadership teams in Germany, UK and India to help enhance our capability in Sweden
  • Provide leadership and direction to the highest standard for your program teams
  • Protect the vision and integrity of projects throughout the program lifecycle
  • Ensure program team capability development and deployment within accounts
  • Manage program budgets, quality and profitability with commercial boundaries
  • Structure and manage all aspects of a large portfolio of projects including third parties – ensuring financial profitability
  • Work effectively within a large program or multiple program account environment
  • Liaise with other business streams to build “best in class” program teams and resources
  • Manage client relationships and program communication across all levels
  • Lead program management expertise areas in sales pitches with an awareness of commercial aspects within client accounts
  • Identify and grow business opportunities alongside our Client Services team
  • Contribute to the development of all team members

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Studies or a related field
  • 10+ years of Project and Program Management experience
  • A consulting mindset or experience of working within a consulting focused business
  • Experience in managing offshore delivery teams (preferred)
  • Proven ability as a Project/Program Manager in complex IT enabled client engagements using digital technologies within market leading businesses
  • Experience in developing diverse teams, pitching to clients, managing client relationships (5+years) and undertaking the role of Program Manager throughout the full program life-cycle
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and other appropriate best practice methodologies
  • Experience managing J2EE or MS.Net projects
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Periodic travel to UK, other European countries and India
