    Role Summary

     

    We're looking for a creative, driven social media designer to join our award-winning creative department. You will be a conceptual thinker first with a passion to produce great work. Your craft skills will speak for themselves.

     

    Each new brief is an opportunity to solve a business problem, to further develop and play on brand equity. We have our own live studio for creating content, along with a host of other tools to craft engaging and charismatic work.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • As social media creative you will be required to carry out a range of digital comms and social media design work.
    • You will be responsible for all visual craft stretching from the visualisation of big participative creative ideas from scratch, to actually executing and delivering these for all the brands on the account.
    • You will need to have a socially-centric creative brain and need to know the ins and outs of all social platforms.
    • You will concept and bring to life creative ideas as well as help the creative teams visualize their ideas.
    • You will also be part of the digital response team which will be responsible for all reactive content creation week to week across all the client’s brands.
    • An opportunity to work in collaboration with other Publicis agencies, above the line teams as well as Digitas creatives and strategists.

    Skills & Experience

    • At least 3 years’ experience in a busy, deadline driven environment
    • FMCG and agency experience required. 
    • Possess a strong understanding of digital, especially social media and platforms.
    • You will be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, PowerPoint, Keynote and other supporting software.
    • Professional understanding of print and digital execution
    • Adaptable and able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
    • Contextual understanding of design, advertising and TTL communications
    • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive team player with bags of motivation
